I was sold a used gas tank for my chainsaw that was supposed to be in good working condition, but it had a crack on the front of it. I called four times and never got a return call from this business. It's very frustrating to think you can buy something from a Business and get a bad part and no one will return your call for a refund. I will tell everyone I come in contact with not to use this business!
I needed a couple parts for an old McCulloch chainsaw, I used the contact form on their website to inquire if they had the necessary parts. I received a response within a half hour that they had the parts and they sent me the links to them on their e-commerce site. I promptly ordered them and received the parts in a week. One of the parts was not the correct one. I immediately emailed them and explained the situation and went so far as to send them an email of my old part and the part they sent me. A week went by and I didn't get a response, I emailed them two more times and heard nothing. I went back to their website and found their phone number to which they had a disclaimer stating that they only answer in state phone numbers. I left a voicemail explaining the situation and that I would like a call back, it has been a week since I left a message and still no response from the business. As a last ditch effort I decided to fill out the same contact form that they were so quick to respond to in hopes that someone would get back to me. Once again several days have gone by and I received no response from them. At this point I have given up on doing an exchange or getting a refund. I'm out $60 including the $15 they charged for shipping something first class USPS which didn't cost them more than $5 to ship as I ship stuff all the time. I highly recommend you don't order from this business as once they get your money they are non existent. BUYER BEWARE!!
Don't waste your time. Sold me a junk part and won't return my calls or emails about returning the part.
There open half day Saturday they have always treated me good there a honest business to work with always have parts i need and like to shot the breeze will working feels like being in my own garage at home
I have ordered multiple parts from them to fix my old saws, parts always correct, always quick to respond and quick to ship
